Welcome began with a very simple purpose: to create home
environments where students could build up a family and were happy to live!

Finding the right tenants
We choose our tentants very carefully through personal interviews and contacting personal references. All our students must accept and sign the tenacy agreements, including house rules and terms and conditions.

We aim to build up a B2B partner network based on trust. We work with the most recognized and reliable agencies of real state, schools, universities, student agencies, maintenance companies and food and retails stores.
