Let´s keep the place always tidy and clean. Everyone will take turn in cleaning common areas. Please see the schedule by manager. You will share the expenses of cleaning products on monthly basis.

Our home is a non-smoking environment. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of your cigarettes afterward.

Keep the property clean and undamaged at all time and leave it in the same condition it was in when you moved in.    

Respect your flatmate and neighbour’s right to peace and quiet:

No laud noise or disturbances after 10:00 pm 

No parties at any time

No visitors overnight are permitted.

The following behaviours are not tolerated and will be reported to the Police: Storing of illegal substances. - Using of illegal substances. - Drunken disorderly behaviour. - Physical and verbal harassment. - Violence and threatening behaviour.
